I noticed SAB has a lot of duplicate icons in the tray icons config section. Sometimes three sometimes 2. They may or may not be checkmarked.  The icons are visible only once on the taskbar. I'm using a quicklaunch folder on the taskbar if that matters. Running with SAB 3.9.5

You can remove duplicate in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\NotifyIconSettings

This works for me to remove orphaned or duplicate tray icons.

Hi, I’d like to request a small QoL feature for Startallback. I have my taskbar set as segments, and when I open a fullscreen program (like a browser), it fills the taskbar. I’d love a simple animation for this. Should I request it here or in a new topic? Thanks

@Tihiy

Thanks for Fixing the previous bug with touch Input.

I found another bug, when I change the orientation of my x380 yoga the taskbar symbols getting wider and they stay like that until I reboot or login again.

Best regards

Hello, can we have taskbar icon size smaller than S? If not, is it possible to implement this in future updates? I set the scale to 175% in Windows 11 and the icons also grew in size. I want to make a small taskbar with a scale of 175% (and maybe higher dpi in future) with a WQHD resolution (2560x1440).

Hi, my Windows 11 have a problem with the function bar ("Organisieren, Öffnen, ect.") in the Explorer after WindowsUpdate 23H2 22631.5039. This is only displayed when you click on a file in the folder (see the video).

Has anyone in the community ever encountered a similar problem and know a solution? I would be grateful for any help!

Unfortunately, this problem is still there in 3.9.6:

"Win + Ctrl + Num x" brings the wrong window into focus.

And I re-write the steps about how to reproduce:

Say we have 3 windows grouped at the 2nd position on the taskbar.

  1. Focus on the 1st window of this 2nd group.
  2. Press "Win + Ctrl + Num 2" to switch to the 2nd window of the 2nd group.
  3. Switch to another window of another group by clicking the icon on the taskbar using the mouse and do not click the target window itself.(Do NOT use "Win + Ctrl + Num x" in this step)
  4. Press "Win + Ctrl + Num 2".

After the last step, it focuses on the 1st window of the 2nd group (should've focused on the 2nd window of the 2nd group).

Notes:

  • To reproduce this problem, Step 4 must be executed following Step 3. (Doing any other things could prevent the issue from being reproduced.)
  • Step 3 can be repeated (i.e. switching to other windows by clicking on the taskbar) as long as no other actions are executed.
  • Tested on the stock taskbar (windows 11, 24H2 (26100.3476)) which is good without the issue.

Hope I stated the steps clearly. Thanks.
