A new (prospective) member reporting issues in registering

Someone attempted to register on MSFN but had issues, he reported the problem on reboot.pro:

Maybe something can be done to solve the problem?

Tripredacus has an account on reboot.pro, if any other Mod/Admin needs to contact the user I can try to serve as "communication officer".

Strange, this just joined spammer from India had no problems with the registering and spamming with his new ego boosting potion, as usual.
