The latest version works only on 8.1 (maybe) and 10. The old version, I'm afraid, won't suffice for the updated 15 Pro with iOS 18.

Thanks, unfortunately, I don't have iPhone at all, especially that old. And from my GF's iPhone 16 Pro Max, connected to her PC, it didn't work. We don't even get the same error as users in your tutorial already pointed out. It simply hangs up. But thanks.

I just installed iTunes 12.11.3.17 using the method linked and it works perfectly with my iPhone 15 on the latest iOS. That includes my iPhone showing up in Windows Explorer and being able to drag and drop my pictures and videos off. Edited March 14 by TylerTT 1

Windows 7 has Aero (similar to Vista's).

D.Draker Posted March 17 Posted March 17 I'd be very interested to know if the OP manages to make it work on 7. Please keep informed.

I appreciate this post. *Sigh* It looks like there's no easy workaround without a Windows 10 PC here. Apple just did not give the iphone 15 pro the drivers to work properly with Windows 7, so I just had to use a Windows 10 PC to transfer files.
